METRON 04 ProfiLine is a specially designed Multi-segments metal detection system for the materials(woven/non-woven fabric) in textile industry, it can identify all metal contaminants stably(Including Fe, Non-Fe, Non-magnetic stainless steel, Aluminum, Copper and Brass whether in package or in free state). The key component contains segment detection coil(Can cover width 1,200-6,000mm, corresponding 4 to 20segments) and the anti-static sensing surface(Betonol materials), protect class of this type is IP54, can adapt industrial environments range from -10℃ to 50℃(High temperature version and other special version can be customized)

Application features:

Integrate into cutting machine, rewinder machine, carding machine and other devices , realize the two functions of quality control and machinery protection

Multiple scanning areas can position the metal pollution sources accurately (Deviation≤300mm), separate LED indicator for every segment

Special coil structure can resist vibration and external interference, the anti-static sensing surface can prevent fibre from adsorption

Compatible with the production line from low speed(3m/min) to high speed (1,200 m/min) , minimization of the required non-metal area during installation
