Wipotec-OCS checkweigher

With regard to high precision and throughput, HC-A-IS checkweighers is an excellent dynamic weighing solution for weighing high cylindrical and angular vessels what easily fall down during production, such as aerosol cans, plastic bottles and glass bottles, etc.. The checkweigher is set up at any desired location next to the existing production line. Disconnecting the production line is not necessary. The product is transported inside the weigher by a clocked, servo-driven feeder system (star wheel). For the elimination of faulty products a broad, there are several kinds of rejecting systems for choice for rejecting the bad products over or under weight limit. The use of high-tech Weigh Cells from Wipotec, which operate according to the principle of Electro-Magnetic Force Restoration (EMFR), guarantees optimal weighing results with the best technology. The star wheel guides and separates the products and weighs them individually, after weighing, the products are transported back to the conveyor belt, then the bad products over or under weight will be automatically rejected by the rejecting system
